2. Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award

Scholarship Overview: Open to classical instrumentalists, vocalists, and composers between the ages of 8 and 18 who have not yet entered college during the 2018-2018 academic year. Applicants must have strong musical ability and be willing to perform on an NPR show.

Scholarship Overview: Open to young artists in grades 10-12 or between ages 15-18 with talent in cinematic arts, dance, design arts, jazz, music, photography, theater, visual arts, voice, and writing. There is a $35 application fee, but fee waivers are available to qualified applicants.

Scholarship Overview: Open to U.S. legal residents who are 18-24 years of age. Applicant must submit how they will change the world in 350 characters or less. Once the applicant receives 50 votes, they will be eligible to submit a video. Individuals can also nominate a student.
