TUTORING PROGRAMS
EnACT offers both individual and group virtual tutoring for almost every K-12 subject--including SAT Prep! We have a small army of current and retired educators who know how to get the students to the answers rather than giving it directly to them. They're experts in their specific areas, so they're able to break down complex concepts and other troublesome areas so that students understand the more simple, specific parts in a progressive, scaffolded manner.
Our tutors understand the importance of a safe learning environment, so the first few sessions are typically dedicated to getting to know the student and fostering a space where getting something wrong or saying, "I don't know yet" are welcomed, regular parts of the session.
Tutoring can be set up during lunch hours, after-school, or even on the weekend depending on the specific needs and logistics of our partners. Pricing for tutoring varies, though as is our standard practice, the more tutoring hours desired, the lower the rate.
