Scholarship Overview: Open to students aged 4-18. Applicant must work alone or in a team to create an idea that will reduce waste in homes, schools, communities, and around the world. Ideas will be judged on effectiveness, feasibility, originality, presentation, and collaboration.

2. Swords Into Plowshares Scholarships

Scholarship Overview: Two scholarships open to students that are pursuing the study of art and literary art in their many forms. Applicants must be either graduated high school students or current high school seniors.

Scholarship Overview: Open to residents of the U.S. that are enrolled in or have been accepted into a professional nursing degree program. Applicant must also demonstrate financial need.

4. Live Mas Scholarship

Award: Up to $25,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to legal residents of the U.S. that are at least 16 years of age. Applicant must create a video that is 2 minutes or less in length that tells the story of their life’s passion. Film making ability will not be judged.

Scholarship Overview: Open to students that are legal residents of the U.S. or Canada that
will be enrolled in a college or university as a full time student in the Fall Semester of 2017. Each student must submit an original essay about how small business ownership
