Scholarship Overview: Multiple scholarships are available with different criteria. Open to undergraduate students that will be entering their sophomore or junior year by the summer of 2018. Applicant must demonstrate merit, character, academic commitment, and relevance of studies to national security interests and career ambitions.

2. Ashley Soule Conroy Foundation Scholarship
Deadline: July 1
Award: $3,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to students that are planning to participate in study abroad for at least 1 full semester outside of the United States. Applicants must also have a minimum GPA of 3.0 at a college or university in the U.S.

3. NLEAFCF Scholarships
Deadline: July 1
Award: Up to $20,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to dependent children, stepchildren or legally adopted children of an eligible law enforcement officer or firefighter who was killed or totally and permanently disabled in the line of duty.

4. Stuck At Prom Scholarship Contest
Deadline: July 9
Award: Up to $10,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to residents of the united states that are at least 14 years of age. Applicants must create and wear to prom either a dress or a tuxedo made entirely out of Duck brand crafting tape. Applicants must also submit at least one photo of themselves wearing their creation.

5. American Legion Baseball Scholarship
Deadline: July 15
Award: Up to $5,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to students that have graduated from high school and are on a current roster filed with The American Legion National Headquarters.

6. Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship
Deadline: July 15
Award: $15,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to current high school seniors, undergraduate, or graduate students who will be enrolled full-time in a college or university for the 2018-2019 academic year. Applicants must demonstrate ambition and self-drive and an interest in pursuing a carer in a physical health related major.

7. The Skylands Energy Scholarship
Deadline: July 15
Award: Up to $5,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to students enrolled in a 4 year university or college that have an interest in environmental science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or construction management. Applicant must create a 2 minute video covering the topic “The impact of energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems on the environment.”

8. ERCA Community Contribution Scholarship

Award: Up to $5,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to high school student in the U.S. that have recognized a need a problem in their community and developed an action plan. Applicant must demonstrate leadership and passion for their project.

9. R&D Systems Scholarship

Scholarship Overview: Open to students pursuing a degree in a science related field. Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment to a college or university with a declared major in a science related field.
