1. AXA Achievement Community Scholarship

Award: $2,500
Scholarship Overview: Scholarship is open to students attending an accredited college or university in the US during the 2016-2017 school year. Applicant must demonstrate ambition as evidenced by outstanding achievement in school, community, or other work related activities.

2. NRA Youth Education Summit (Y.E.S.) Grand Scholarship
Deadline: Feb. 1
Award: Up to $30,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to high school sophomores and juniors with at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicant must attend the Y.E.S. summit before their senior year.

3. Davidson Fellows Scholarship
Deadline: Feb. 10
Award: Up to $50,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to students that will be 18 or younger on Oct. 1, 2016 that demonstrate significant depth of knowledge in their field of study. Applicant must submit a significant piece of work in STEM, Humanities, or “outside the box”.

4. Jesse Brown Scholarship
Deadline: Feb. 12
Award: $20,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to volunteers age 21 and under that have volunteered for a minimum of 100 hours annually at a VA medical center during the previous calendar year.

5. Community Choice Foundation Scholarship

Award: Up to $5,000
Scholarship Overview: Open to students planning on attending a college in Michigan that pledge to stay in Michigan after graduation. Applicants will be evaluated based on dedication to serving the community, GPA, and a written essay.
